Hotel is very convenient to shopping and eateries. There’s also an airport limousine bus that stops at this hotel that can get you to and from Haneda or Narita airports. The only thing I miss is having drawers in the room to put my clothes in. However, there were cubbies that could be used for packing cubes.

Excellent hotel to be reasonably close to Ikebukuro station, about 10 min walk and can be done mainly underground. Rooms are a bit small but comfortable with many amenities that you would find in the US at major hotels.

It was just okay. The hotel itself was nice and is attached to the mall so that made for convenient shopping and food options. As mentioned in other reviews, the air conditioner does not work. They will deliver a tower fan to your room if you request it, however, our fan was broken and did not oscillate (rotate). Other than that, the hotel was fine. I am not sure if I would book this hotel again in the future.

We traveled with 80 year old Seniors. This hotel was ideal because they could walk directly into the Sunshine City Mall for dining, shopping, and activities such as the Observatory and aquarium. They also enjoyed the park outside the hotel. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The rooms were larger than typical Japanese hotels. Out rooms in the 28th floor had great views of Tokyo.
