We had an amazing stay at Tosei Hotel COCONE Asakusa! The staff was extremely helpful with the luggage forwarding service and even called my previous hotel to help me find headphones I had left behind. The hotel itself was very clean and spacious. Will definitely be staying here again the next time we are in Japan!

The room & toilet is very small, there was no place to open a luggage. No storage (dresser) to put your stuff. They should have put some coat hangers on the wall. Staff is excellent.

Our room was small, as expected, but comfortable. Everything worked well. Water was hot and pressure was great in the bathroom. We received slippers and pajamas, and fresh towels every day. We were offered daily room service but declined that. There was a room with two wash+dry laundry machines, a drink vending machine, ice, and a coffee machine in the lobby, and black and green tea to make in the room, where there was a kettle. The staff was very friendly and helpful and came to our room to explain the climate controls. The hotel was very quiet and we slept well. The neighborhood is cute, and there is a large and beautiful temple complex quite nearby, as well as a Tokyo Metro station about 5 minute's walk away. Note that that laundry machine takes either 1h20m or 2h0m depending on load size, so plan ahead, as others will be using the machines too! You'll want to use the dryer: We has trouble getting things dry without it.
