Really wonderful hotel. Large with an amazing view from the room. Great beds that are super big and comfortable (we did the king size bed). Room service was average but fast. All the restaurants were decent food but not amazing. Very expensive and very small portions. The roof top bar charges just to sit at the table and was definitely overpriced.
Great staff! Convenient neighborhood. Great restaurants.

I’ve got to be honest…we stayed at four different hotels on our trip to Japan and this was the most disappointing. What may seem like a four star hotel, is actually very misleading. The hotel lobby and staff are wonderful, but that is where the four stars end. When you walk into your room your met with a 1990’s Radisson hotel feel. Everything is dated and is very “lived in”. The view you get of Tokyo tower is not enough to allow you to ignore how old this hotel actually is. No smart TV. The couch looks to be twenty years old. Beds were extremely uncomfortable. This is a three star business hotel at best.
Wonderful hotel, we stayed for 7 nights and they upgraded us to a Tokyo Tower view for the last 4 nights through the Expedia VIP status. Large rooms and bathrooms, excellent breakfast, and great service although some of the staff is not fluent in English (common in Japan though). Thank you for a great stay!
Excellent in all areas. Large and comfortable room with all amenities you can think of. The hotel is huge, lots of dining options, on-site onsen to unwind.
We were upgraded to a tower view room with the perfect Tokyo tower view.
The king bed is the largest I've ever seen in any hotel.
Convenient location close to subway station and a short taxi ride to Tokyo station.
the staff were extremely kind and helpful but require more training in basic English. the room I stayed in was lovely and modern, but the room booked for my mother on a lower floor was old dated and required a renovation. it had stained carpet and chipped furniture. it was very average.
This property is old and dated. The view of Tokyo tower was nice but there is not much in this area to walk to. The noise in the hotel and from the street was very loud. Bad insulation. The restaurants were overpriced and food was mediocre. Overall I do not recommend this hotel.
Amazing Tokyo Tower View, but Room Needs an Update
Seeing Tokyo Tower light up at night from my room was truly unforgettable—it made the stay really special.
The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was great for getting around the city. However, the room felt a bit old. It was clean and everything worked fine, but the furniture and decor could use some updating to match the amazing view.
Property is beautiful, staff is great. Area surrounding hotel is easily walkable to restaurants, public transportation and Tokyo tower is just steps away
This really is the epitome of a five-star hotel. The service was unbelievable, view from the room was beautiful and the restaurants inside the hotel were fantastic
The level of service was top teir, very comfortable and stylish rooms and easy walking distances to metro and Tokyo tower. Highly recommended if staying in Japan fkr the first time xxx
We always end our trip here as it's a beautiful location in front of Temples and the Tokyo Tower. Less busier than Shinjuku and Shibuya but a subway ride away to all that and other attractions.
This is our 2nd time staying here and we love the lux feel and care from the team at the Tokyo Tower. The top level 33 lounge bar is amazing for views and relaxing. Highly recommended for anyone looking for lux comfort away from the busy cities.
