The hotel is in a prime location close to many delicious restaurant options. Despite that, the evenings were quiet. The lobby had a popular bar that features a different DJ every night. I’d imagine it could be loud if you were staying on the 3rd or 4th floors. Fairly spacious room considering the usuals in Japan. The shower has stupendous showers with amazing pressure. The front desk was very helpful and had all you needed, such as a razor with shaving gel, combs, face wash, face masks, hair ties, etc. we had a wonderful time as a family of 3 in this hotel. Walkable to all the shops that make Ginza great. Would return!

The not so "premium" loud room by the tracks

My biggest pet peeve is when a hotel lists a higher price "premium" room when it's not. The largest, Japanese king rooms all face the train tracks, so you can hear the trains all the time. The smaller rooms are opposite of the tracks and are quite. Don't call a larger room a "premium" room if it's the worse located towards constant noise. Just list the room for what it is. A larger but loud room. Also, the hotel doesn't have a concierge, so they can't help make any bookings, which is quite sad for a hotel that's supposed with be a part of a nice chain.

Well located and despite being opposite the railway and a freeway, with DJ's playing music i the bar in the evening, it was a quiet room on the 6th floor amd immediately outside was fine. Breakfast has limited choice and the room we had was not large but very acceptable.

Lovely hotel in the heart of Ginza, stayed for just one night but the hotel were extremely accommodating storing our suitcases. Thank you. Hotel was lovely, breskfast was good. Definitely recommended.

The rooms are a tad on the small side, but apart from that, we loved everything about this hotel. Super convenient, very helpful staff, they even helped arrange the transport of bags to our next destination. Great feel at the bar during happy hour.

I spent 7 days in this hotel. Kudos to the staff. Very accommodating. Very modern hotel. I did request housekeeping each day and they did an amazing job. The staff that works in the reception, all of them did great. Got free breakfast each day. Would definitely stay here again. Arigato gozaimasu to all 🙏

Amazing location, central to everything and walkable. The hotel is modern however it’s very much a self-serve offering. Some of the staff was nice however experienced very rude front receptionist not what I was accustomed to in Japan. All the other hotels we stayed in Tokyo,Osaka and Kyoto were wonderful. Value for money I give it a 3/5. A lot of better options in my opinion

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to many places. We got a room on the third floor which is above the bar with loud music going on until 1 am. Request a higher floor if possible. Breakfast is standard fare but sufficient to start your day. Overall it was a good stay.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Hotel is located in the middle of shopping and restaurants. So much choices. Only downfall is that there is no TV in the room but it was ok since we were out most of the day.
