Exceptional service by staff, very friendly. Very conveniently located, close to Shimbashi and Shiodome stations, and clean. Food choices are very limited for vegetarians or vegans (a cafe close by offers limited cold cut choices, but is not open all the time). There is no onsite expresso or latter machine. Room gets a lot of noise from the road.

Everything was excellent but the cleanliness could improve . Lots of dust and restroom floors probably need better cleaning. They probably dont mop them regularly. Staff was great , breakfast great, views feom junior suite was amazing. 180 degree views from corner suite was amazing

Loved our stay with an amazing view of tower!

We stayed for 3 nights in the Japanese Junior Suite and it was a great size for 2 people. The room had everything we needed and was very comfortable with a stunning view of the tower. The only thing I would say is the bed was very low and firm but maybe it was because we were in the Japanese style suite. My friend stayed in a regular room and her bed was very comfortable. As a whole, the hotel is very modern and clean with friendly staff :) They took care of our luggage transport to Kyoto which was really nice. We would definitely stay again!
