Hotel is in a good location, close to Tokyo Dome, Suidobashi and Iidabashi station not much further walk depending on what train lines are needed. Rooms a clean, we had a loft bed for two, with couch/bed for 3rd person under. Was cozy with 3 people. Great shower, beds were firm but comfortable(softer than some other Japanese hotels we had stayed at) Hotel has laundry facilities with QR pay which was handy so no need for change. Breakfast and cafe area is nice to start the day, with sandwiches, soup and a drink/coffee to start the day. Would definitely stay again. Team were really nice, accommodating and helpful with any questions or help we needed. Water and microwave for 24hr use in cafe Filtered water also in laundry room Kettle in room also.

The stay was okay. The design is a highlight but the property has seen its fair share of use. While the room was dust free and mostly clean, the carpet was slightly damaged in spots, the color distinctly faded from the armchairs cushioning, and the shower had a weird rust like mold under its fittings. Furthermore the railway immediately next to the hotel meant near constant noise. However the hotel does offer free earplugs should one need them. The futons lacked some cushioning for my taste but the blanket and pillows are very fluffy and cozy. Another plus point is the space the rooms offer, which is a lot compared to other hotels. Over all the room makes a good impression but gets deductions once you pay more attention. The staff is friendly and the stay was good enough to recommend and maybe book again. If the mold in the bathroom is fixed all the better.

Great location, great, friendly staff. I'm a picky eater so the breakfast wasn't for me, but for almost everyone else, it should be great. I'd definitely stay here again.

Cute room, trash, towels and slippers were changed or daily, 5-7 minute walk to a couple train stations. 5 minute walk from tokyo dome

The room and view were great but what was incredible was the laundry room I'm 100% serious. In down time it was a perfect spot to sit and read at sundown while I was waiting for my laundry to finish

The rooms were so cute and clean and the staff was incredibly helpful and kind. We loved our stay. Also very close to transit.

The room was clean, it’s a big room compared to other ones in Japan, and it’s very near to two metro stations. Something bad is that the train it’s noisy so a room in the other side of the metro it’s fine

Best hotel i have been staying at

Absolutely everything was splendid. The customer service was outstanding. The only thing you could say negatively about the hotel was the breakfast, because of the variety, but the few options was good.
