Had a great stay at this conveniently located hotel. Just right next to it is a convenience store and a couple of mins to the subway station. Although room is a bit tiny though, it was comfortable. Love the washer/dryer in the room which we used very often throughout our stay.

We really like that our room have a washer/dryer. Very convenient. They also provide detergent. The hotel is very close to Gotanda station. The welcome drinks and 24/7 coffee/tea at the lobby were a plus.

Room was dirty. Black mould in shower, makeup foundation on sink counter left by previous guest, AC pushed out air that smells like wet dog so we opened the window instead. After staying a night our shoes smelled horrible from tracking the carpet germs from our socks into our shoes. Wish I didn’t pick this hotel. Good location though

In the beginning I was disappointed that the room was so small and nothing like the picture showed. But my friends told me that hotel rooms in Tokyo are relatively very small. In that case, as a small room, there are a comfortable bed on which I slept well, a desk with all sorts of information, a bathroom in which was quite well Organized, and a washing machine! It’s neat and clean. Location is good, Gotanda Station is right next to it. It’s convenient to go everywhere, Shinuya is only three stops away. But my room doesn’t have a view, which I am still disappointed.
As you can see, there is not much space between the bed to the window. The window can be opened with a limit.
This is so convenient. Wash-dry in one.

We have a good size room. Having a washer/dryer is a deciding factor for us. Being close to the Yamanote line is very convenient, easy to get around to all parts of Tokyo. Gotanda is a quiet neighborhood and offers a lots of nice restaurants.
