In the beginning I was disappointed that the room was so small and nothing like the picture showed. But my friends told me that hotel rooms in Tokyo are relatively very small. In that case, as a small room, there are a comfortable bed on which I slept well, a desk with all sorts of information, a bathroom in which was quite well Organized, and a washing machine! It’s neat and clean. Location is good, Gotanda Station is right next to it. It’s convenient to go everywhere, Shinuya is only three stops away. But my room doesn’t have a view, which I am still disappointed.
As you can see, there is not much space between the bed to the window. The window can be opened with a limit.
This is so convenient. Wash-dry in one.

We have a good size room. Having a washer/dryer is a deciding factor for us. Being close to the Yamanote line is very convenient, easy to get around to all parts of Tokyo. Gotanda is a quiet neighborhood and offers a lots of nice restaurants.

Staff was very friendly, I was greeted /welcomed after long travels to a kind helpful front desk person who gave me a quick run down and thankfully also understood English. Would stay here again! Hotel is also very convenient to Gotanda station.

Great option for a location if you plan on using the train line often. Bed was comfortable, washer/dryer duo was easy to use, the blow dryer is great! Do not need to bring most toiletries. 7/11 is just around the corner! You are in a bit a of a red light district on one side but the other is ++ business and the river is very pretty to walk around. Staff are also very excellent for helping! We got an early check in for an additional fee but was worth it.

The room is small as most hotels in Japan. But this particular hotel is roomier than most. Ours has all you need including a washing machine. Hotel is in a quieter district and is near the station to access other popular crowded districts. This hotel is near the canal and parks so you can get your running in quiet easily compare to other areas. Would stay again 100%.

The hotel is a 5-minute walk from Gotanda station, which is handy for the Yamanote Line and the line that gets you to Haneda airport. The room I booked had a washing machine and microwave, so useful for longer stays. Though the user instructions for the washing machine are difficult to understand, even though there had been an attempt to translate into English. The free coffeemachine in the lobby was a welcome touch first thing in the morning!

It is the second time that I used Tokyu stay hotels. The are TINY, but honestly are super efficient and good prices. They have laundry/drying machines that makes everything easier. Gotanda location is so easy to take the train and move around. Love these hotels
