Laundry in room. Construction noise in the morning. Other than that quiet. Staff were incredible and they even stored our luggage for free. Lots of food around. Very convenient location.

Great property with friendly staff. It’s a quiet little area just outside of the busy Shinjuku area. The rooms are a bit small but that was expected and we didn’t mind.

We didn’t have breakfast option since there are a lot to choose from around the hotel. The room has washer and dryer and microwave and kettle among some basic utensils. The staff is very kind and helpful. We are thinking in coming back next year.

Small room ,as expected in tokyu, but you have a kettle, microwave and washing machine in your room. Unusually, there isnt daily housekeeping, which wasnr a problem for us. You can ask for clean towels with a sign on your door. Great shower.
