This was one of my favorite hotels stays while i was in tokyo. Is was on a quite street and the staff was amazing and helpful. They have a great team there.

The hotel room was small compared to the other hotels we stayed in whilst in toyko. It was clean but had a lingering smell of drains or damp. It was a little bit out of the way and the area around the hotel at times felt unsafe. The staff were very helpful and friendly. If staying in Shibuya again I would choose the other Shibuya stay as it's closer to the centre and the area around the hotel felt safer for family.

Perfect location and lovely staff

Well-run and super organized, friendly staff. Our room was small but this is understandable for Tokyo. Nice little balcony with a great view. The hotel is in a fantastic area within walking distance to the center of Shibuya and the legendary scramble crossing, and there are lots of great restaurants within a short walk. Tokyu Stay is around the corner from the famous fish restaurant Kaikaya which is worth a visit… but you must make advance reservations. This is a charming area and perfectly located. We loved it and prefer this Shibuya area to Shinjuku, where we have stayed in the past.

We had a fabulous stay for our party of 3. By Japan standards, our room was massive, had a balcony looking over Tokyo which was beautiful at night, a wet room with a shower & bath which was so good for a soak after a long day of sightseeing. Beds were comfortable, lovely English speaking staff and a 24 hour convenience store across the road. We would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from Shibuya Crossing and Shibuya Station. It is tucked away so it was quiet at night. The room was clean and spacious. The washer/dryer was convenient and easy to operate. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The mattresses were quite firm so if you like them more plush you may struggle for the first couple nights. Overall it was a lovely stay, would definitely stay in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. My son got very sick the first night we were there, and we needed a doctor. Being that we are not from Japan, it made it very difficult to figure out where to take him. The front desk staff were so wonderful in helping us, and they were able to coordinate a doctor coming to the hotel to evaluate my son. The doctor’s prescribed medication and he is feeling much better now. The front desk staff translated for us and made the entire process so much less stressful. I would definitely stay here again.
