Solid place to stay with good subway access

Just a minute or two walk to multiple subway lines made this a very convenient place to stay. Staff was nice and friendly. The rooms are small but that was to be expected as they are in most Tokyo Hotels. We were surprised to find there was a laundry room with two machines. They were washer/dryer combo machines but the dryer didn’t work all that well. If you have a normal size load, (more than 5 or 6 articles of clothing) you’ll likely need extra drying time. Room was clean and they cleaned every day if needed. Nice view of Tokyo skytree from upper levels and nice nature sounds in the hallways. The 2 elevators sometimes took a while due to the number of floors they were covering. The check in desk was on the second floor and there was a cafe on the first floor that had a couple decent breakfast options. Enjoyed staying here and would stay again.

Amazing location and super clean rooms. Staff are very friendly and helpful. One particular staff helped me call our next hotel to confirm if luggage could be shipped earlier and assisted with the entire process! Would definitely stay here again!

This property is minutes away from okichamachi station, parco shopping mall, ameyoko street and Don Quoxite. The rooms are typically small like other tokyo hotels. Daily room service ensures that we have clean beds to sleep on every night. There are only 2 Washer/dryer combo units and each take 2 hours to wash and dry. I wish they have more washer dryer units. Now this is not within the hotel control, but one night when someone took out garbage from the building next door, i saw a rat walked out of the gap between the hotel building and this building.

Short family stay in Tokyo

Very practical since it is close to the station. Rooms are a bit small for a family but this might be the norm in Tokyo. Very efficient staff. Breakfast was good despite limited choice. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great short stay

It was a smaller room, but it worked for a night. The hotel is a very short walk from Ueno Station, great if coming in from Narita. It is also close to Okachimachi station. A few minutes walk to Ueno Ameyoko Shopping Street. I would probably book this place again, because of the location and price.
