I was checked-in by Saku-san who was incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and cozy, perfect for solo travellers. The rooms are fairly quiet and you have full control of the temperature. You may have to leave your room for coffee and amenities so if you’re an anti-social gremlin, maybe go to the Fairmont or something. However, I would highly recommend this hotel!

This hotel had a great location - close to Shinjuku station, shopping, and plenty of restaurants. The room was small but clean. Bed was a bit hard and bathroom was quite small but was everything we needed. Staff were helpful and nice. Our room was right above their "concert" area so you could hear singing but it was quieted down before 10pm so was quiet to sleep. Breakfast included was limited but nice to have.

The staff were nice. The room was exceptional small. The outside escalator needed to be turn on by the staff in order to go different ditrections to get in and out of the building, which is very inconvenient to pepole that are handicapped.

Really enjoyed our stay. All staff were super helpful and friendly. We were able to store our bags and check in slightly early which really helped us. Rooms were comfy and well equipped. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Easy to find hotel in Shinjuku (once you make it out of the train station!) Good access to transport and good places to eat nearby. Hotel rooms are a good size for Tokyo with good air con, clean, comfy beds and facilities. Would definitely stay here again when next in Shinjuku.

Very close to the Shinjuku Station and everything we wanted to see in Shinjuku! The room was small but comfortable and clean. There were complimentary pastries with coffee, juice and tea in the morning, and the pastries were so good!!
