I stayed at Tokyo Ginza for 6 nights. This property is very convenient to Ginza shopping area, subway, and Japan Rail station. They are all within short walking distance from this hotel. If you are looking for typical hotel services, pool, spa, gym etc. then this is not for you. If you are looking for extremely clean and comfortable room, convenience to shopping and restaurants, easily accessible to various transportation options, then you can't go wrong with this hotel. I would stay at this location again if opportunity present itself and will recommend this hotel to all friends planning to visit Tokyo in future.

I stayed in the Premium queen room, 6th floor. The ambient lighting was so perfect at night even during the day. The staff were extremely helpful and Tamang and Vivek are a power duo at the bar. They made my last night an enjoyable experience. Their stories of being from Nepal are also a treat. They showed me things that were new to me which i really appreciated. The location is incredible. 5 minute or less walk to the main Ginza line of Shimbashi. Located so well to all major visiting cities. Less than 25 minutes to just about anywhere youd like to go in tokyo with minimal transitions on different lines. Would 100% stay here again. Also if you like HOT showers, they get the job done. Only thing the room needs, is a microwave 😅

The room was clean and the staff were helpful. The room was spacious and the shower was good and powerful. Our shower door did not close all the way however so allowed for water to spill out. The hairdryer was also too weak. Overall was a good stay.

the hotel turned the small lobby and bar area into an event, and actually blocked guests from using the normal hallway to reach the elevators. When we tried to go upstairs, the staff acted disrespectfully, which is completely unacceptable — especially here. I honestly don’t understand how a hotel can inconvenience paying guests just to host an event. A hotel should always prioritize its guests, especially in such a small property where an event disrupts everything.

Great location. 2-3 minute walk to shimbashi station. Very modern. If you are traveling alone or as a couple, 100% recommend. If you have small children, would probably skip. Kids can be loud and I could hear mine from near the elevator, which was pretty far from our room.

Amazing location! Steps away from Shimbashi station and right at the start of the Ginza strip. Rooms are slightly larger maybe than most Japanese hotels but they use the space way better than most with storage under the bed for all the luggage you had to buy because you spent too much at the Donki that’s a 15 sec walk from the hotel. This one is one of my top choices in Tokyo and we’ve stayed in lots. Also you need to walk a couple blocks to Roar coffee that opens at 8 am which is early for Japan. PS the rooms are very clean and as a 6’5 guy i appreciate a shower that is hung from the ceiling so not just getting my chest.
