Enjoy this cute little bungalow with 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and finished basement.

We have free parking in driveway and are right next door to a park with walking path and playground.

This home has an eat in kitchen, cozy living room, 2 bedrooms and full bath with tub on the main floor and family room/entertainment area and full bath with tiled shower, and laundry room in the finished basement.

This 1950 's built bungalow is located in quiet and safe neighborhood of South Toledo called Beverly.

There are surveillance cameras on site at the front and side doors outside of the home for safety and security measures only.

This cute little bungalow has 2 bedrooms - 1 has a KING size bed, dresser, closet, full length mirror, luggage rack, extra pillows and blankets, and the other has the same amenities with a QUEEN size bed. The basement has a lounging area with extra sleeping on a comfortable futon sofa. We have plenty of extra blankets, pillows, towels, and most everything you will need for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you should need including a dishwasher! Granite counter tops, Keurig coffee pot, and plenty of storage. The dining table seats 4 but can be extended for extra seating. This space can also be used as a desk if you are working from home.

We have 2- 50 inch smart TV's to stream your favorite shows & fast WiFi. One in the living room and one in the finished basement. The full bath on the main floor has a shower and tub and hotel style bath towels, shampoo/conditioner, and body wash. The basement bathroom has a great tiled stand up shower and very large area to get ready for your day. The laundry room is also available with washer and dryer!

Our home is professionally cleaned & sanitized after each guest, we make sure comforters are washed between each guest.

We offer discounted stays if staying for 1 week or 1 month. We welcome traveling workers and longer term stays. This location is ideal for working in the area and is central to everything.

***Important:

By booking our home you agree to not smoke in the home. Furthermore, you understand that if you or any guests are confirmed to have smoked inside our home a $250 fee will be imposed.

We will consider accepting a dog by request only for $50 per dog per stay.

Copland has about 825 sq. ft on the first floor and 700 additional in the finished basement/laundry room/full bath.

Cute little house at the end of dead end road with a park right next door. Check in was a breeze and communication was great. We appreciated having a high chair and pack n play ( although a crib sheet would be nice and maybe there was one there, but we arrived late and did not want to bother the hosts). Unfortunately we didn't get to stay too long as we were just passing through, but we would definitely book this again if we are in need.

We had an excellent stay! The home was cozy and had everything we needed. The location was perfect- very close to the Toledo Zoo, Imagination Station science center, and some wonderful metroparks. The park next door to the property was well maintained. We traveled with my 5 & 6 year olds for a week long family vacation- they were super sad to leave and want to visit the house again. Some rentals are lacking places to plug in phones (nightstands), dressers, enough TP and paper towels, etc. This house was lacking nothing! We literally felt right at home and had everything we needed. Thanks for a great week!

Perfect for the family!

We enjoyed our stay at your cottage by the park! The location was great, just 15 minutes from downtown! It felt very safe in the neighborhood (people walking dogs, playing at the park, friendly neighbors). Having the finished basement and separate bedrooms gave our family of 5 room to spread out and decompress after long days at a conference. The beds and furniture were very comfortable and clean. Having 2 bathrooms was wonderful, especially the large bathroom downstairs! It was great having access to a washer and dryer as well.

Fantastic!

This house is adorable. On a super quiet dead end street that ends in a big city park. Pretty central location, close to the zoo. Lots of shops around within 15 minutes. Jennifer is a fantastic host. Communication before, during and after was great. Messages were answered quickly and all the information was very clear and timely. The house has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath on the main floor. Very well appointed kitchen with a nice big gas oven and big fridge. Dining room table was there which is very nice to have. Living room had a nice couch and swivel chair. Tv worked great with the apps on it. Beds were very comfy and there were plenty of pillows and blankets. Very nice pillows also! The basement suite is fantastic and was a huge hit with the kids. Great big sofa, fold out couch, nice tv and an amazing bathroom with a walkin shower. Plenty of towels were available for both bathrooms and the water pressure was very good. Yard was very nice to have for the kids to run around in. It is not fully fenced but is set back far enough from the road we didn't worry to much. Lots of parking available also. Definitely would stay here again!

Family vacation

Great location close to the park for active kiddos that need to burn off some energy. My older kids enjoyed the extra living space downstairs. Great little bungalow just what we needed close to family we were visiting.

Softball Tournament Trip

We came to Ohio to watch our granddaughter play softball. We rented this little bungalow to stay for the 4 day tournament. The house was great and had everything we needed. We had a great stay in a lovely home.

Enjoyed our stay

The property was very nice inside. Many upgrades and very clean. Owners provided several unexpected amenities (snacks, toiletries, etc.) Plenty of room if our party had been larger. Property is located in a very quiet neighborhood and has a nice park behind it. We truly enjoyed staying at this property and will stay here again on our next visit to Toledo.

Exactly as pictured and cozy

This is the first time the pictures and the place are spot on and match. Jenny was very communicative and helpful. We didn't have any issues at all. Very nice property and well maintained. We are marking it as a favorite and plan to rent this property again if available next year same time.

Cozy Charming Cottage

The cottage was very easy to find and in a very quiet neighborhood. It was well stocked and they even left treats for our pup! We loved the location too...very close to grocery stores, gas stations and restaurants. We were able to visit the zoo and Maumee Bay State Park with no problems.

Family Funeral

We rented this property as a family needing to return to Ohio for a funeral. If you have a dog or young child, this location is ideal as it is located alongside Copland Park. You will find the owners easy to communicate with and the property neat, clean and extremely well appointed. Would definitely recommend this property.
