Located 5 min to Sylvania, & Pacesetter Park. 20 min from Downtown Toledo, situated on a 5 acre parcel offering large pond for swimming & fishing. Total privacy, in garage parking, laundry, gas grill, corn hole boards, 9 hole par 2 golf course, fire ring & firewood, swings, & a fantastic view of the sunsets & star gazing. Multiple parks that offer riding & walking trails. Many golf courses with in 30 min, or play our custom 9 hole Par 2 golf course right on site. Pond offer lots of fun paddle boat, zipline, slide, or relaxing on the beach.
