Terrible…!!!, evitar a toda costa…!!!

Terrible….!!! , viajamos hasta Valle de Bravo y no respetaron nuestra reservación, no nos quisiera dar otra habitación por que habían sobre vendido, el dueño de la propiedad nos dijo que él no podía hacer nada ya que no tenía más habitaciones, que nos comunicáramos con Hoteles.com para quejarnos… Además de todo muy grosero…
