2泊3日で利用しました。チェックイン後、ユニットバスの戸の蝶番が壊れていることに気づきました。遅かったので翌朝にフロントに伝えたところ、外出中に修理するとのこと。その時点でフロントの方から電話で謝罪がありました。外出から帰るときちんと修理され、気持ち良く過ごせました。ただ、チェックアウト時は何事もなかったかのような対応。一言あれば、さらに気持ちよく帰路につけたのになーと思いました。

La camera era un po' vecchiotta e polverosa. Arredi e coperte usurati e con qualche macchia. Non ha un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo, costo troppo elevato per ciò che offre. Piacevole l'onsen.

近くに安藤忠雄寄贈の子ども本の森遠野があります。 すばらしい建物です。一見の価値あり！

お風呂が広くてゆったりして居て良かったです。 ただ蛇口の温度調整が余り出来ずぬるめに出来なかったのが残念でした。 湯質は流石に効きしに勝る名石が使われ柔らかく身体に浸透する最上の素晴らしいお風呂でした。 又、是非お世話になりたいと思います。

上皇ご夫妻など皇族方々も泊まられたおそらく市で一番良いホテルです。フロントスタッフの対応も良く、置いてあったオリジナルマップでオススメを教えてもらって、とても役立ちました。 隣接する建物は市の施設や図書館、裏山は神社で、遠野駅からも徒歩圏内だし、部屋は広くエレベーターは豪華で往年の良きホテルに泊まれたと感じました。

お部屋の照明がもう少し明るいといいと思いました。大浴場が清潔感があって気持ちよく利用できました。周辺に飲食施設やコンビニがないので車での利用がおすすめです。
