Het huis is gelegen in de rustige, residentiële wijk Mas Mora met uitzicht en op 5 km van Blanes en 8 km van Lloret de Mar. Enkele km verderop ligt het mooie Tossa de Mar. Lakens, handdoeken, wifi, water, elektriciteit en verwarming zijn in de prijs inbegrepen. De villa is vrijstaand met eigen pas aangelegd zwembad van 9 m, met mozaïek betegeld en heeft veranderlijke ledverlichting. Het huis is compleet en eigentijds ingericht. De slaapkamers zijn voorzien van nieuw meubilair. Tuinmeubilair en reden te over om aan het zwembad te relaxen.
