Restaurant in hotel was excellent. Prices were very good as well as the food and service. They had free coffee all day in the lobby. Good coffee! Very nice pool and hot tub. Room was good for price!

Very sketchy. Checking in was okay but going up to my room, I found that the door was open. Later at night after coming back from a concert, the door wouldn’t open. Tried it a few times but it’s like it was locked from the inside even though the person I shared the room with wasn’t at the hotel yet. I went ahead and asked the receptionist for help, he came up with me, he tried the door and it immediately opened. Not a good sign, I did not like that. Stayed vigilant and alert all night, I could barely get any sleep. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend.

Overall a good experience. Bring your own pop.

Overall the hotel was very nice. The room was clean and modern. The restaurant was very good and affordable. We had breakfast twice and enjoyed it. The only real issue was that the ice maker and pop machine on our floor did not work. We also discovered the pop machine on the main floor was out of service as well. There did not seem to be any plan to repair them.

Al was amazing at the front desk!! We stayed for a dance competition and Al went above and beyond for us! Wish we could have enjoyed the pool a bit more but there was a hockey group there and they took over the entire pool area, loud obnoxious parents whose children clearly take after them, if your representing a company you should act a bit more professional. That’s my opinion tho. Other than that fast and efficient service would stay again and recommend to anyone

We had been looking forward to our stay, but unfortunately, the experience fell short of our expectations. Checking in was smooth, quick, and efficient, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. However, upon entering our room, we found that nothing was set up aside from the bed. When we attempted to call the front desk for assistance, we discovered the in-room phone was not working, requiring us to return downstairs to request basic toiletries. While we understand that housekeeping services are offered every second day, we were disappointed that all of our towels were removed and replacements were not provided until later in the afternoon. We did appreciate the amenities such as the fitness center, 24/7 coffee service, on-site restaurant, and pool. The food at the restaurant was average for the price (though the discount was a nice touch), and we felt that the common areas could be better maintained. The pool area, in particular, often had overflowing garbage bins and lacked clean towels. Additionally, we believe the hotel would benefit from increased security overnight. On both nights of our stay, we were woken up by loud arguments and groups of teenagers yelling and running through the hallways at all hours. Overall, while there were some positives, the lack of attention to detail and maintenance detracted from what could have been a much better experience.
