The hotel staff was helpful and the customer service was good. The downside was that the slide in the pool area had limited operating days and hours, which the kids weren't able to enjoy. The noise of loading/unloading from the adjacent trucking facility was annoying during the early morning hours.

I enjoyed my 2 weeks stay here in Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott Brampton. Maria, Walid , Jasmine, Fas and rest of the front desk team are very friendly and accommodating. The complimentary breakfast, coffee and tea was excellent. The hospitality team Tamera was very friendly and helpful most especially on serving breakfast. The hotel itself is clean and will look after by the management. All in all I will recommend this hotel to friends and family. As a visitor from UK the only drawback is local transport to commute locally around Brampton and Toronto town like buses near the hotel it would be ideal. Apart from transport inconvenience the hotel is excellent place to stay.
