Me my husband and 9yo stayed here We booked a "preferred room" to have a little room to move around since we were staying 3 nights An added bonus (that. We didnt know. Ahead of time) there. Were 2 full baths, definitely made getting ready easier Very clean, all the workers from valet, check in, comcierge, housekeeping, all very friendly LOVED. that they had room service The only. Thing I took a point off is the rooms feel outdated The lobby, restaurants, pool, everything were A+ but I just found the rooms felt outdated (not "old fashion" , just outdated) but being across from Union station, we walked to the Eaton center, the CN Tower, the Art Gallery of Ontario, we never even thought about moving the car once. We will definitely stay here again!

The staff at this property really are above and beyond. Everyone is so pleasant and helpful. From check-in until baggage storage, every staff member provided 5+ star service. Our breakfast at the Reign was very good, as was the coffee. The bed was quite comfortable, and the friends in another room had an outstanding view of the CN Tower. Loved the convenience of being so close to the Harbor, the Distillery District, and Union Station.
