Room was in good condition, clean. Issue with parking as I searched for a place with parking..no info was provided after the booking until day of. Only to find out there was no available parking for us. Had to park off site, and when tried to speak with service to resolve, was hung up on and not called back. Very poor customer service, but room was fine.

Abundance of pictures of the various suite made it difficult to figure out what room you were getting. Staff was great. Room was clean with a great view. Room could use some maintenance to freshen it up. Excellent location. Would stay again and recommend.

Lovely clean room , well stocked with ameneties and equipment for cooking and relaxing. Friendly staff at the concierge desk. Very handy access for the Toronto street car (close to Bastion Str. Station). Big supermarket close by (Lobblaws) with a drug store underneath where you can by tickers for the street car. Check in via WhatsApp realty easy, also good communication throughout our stay - always recieved a quick reply from management. If i was staying here again I'd need to remember swim kit - theres a pool available on the ground floor. Perfect stay and would definitely stay here again

Not a luxury condo. Shower head had no pressure and was leaking. Walls were beaten up. Sheets and towels were sandpaper , bath towels were for children not adults. Not a great check in experience

The room was dirty and 2 places had drywall cut out. The walls were scuffed and you could see where someone sat on the coach with their head on the wall. One vent had so much dust it was disgusting. There was no top sheet on the master bed. Only 2 washcloths for 5 people. There was a load of laundry in the dryer that I had to remove so I could dry the load of wash clothes in the washer. The Bay Suites did not send me check in info until I called them when I arrived at facility. Was never informed I had to reserve a parking space so we had no where to park. Overall horrible hotel experience. Our trip was totally ruined by all the inconveniences. Would totally not recommend anyone stay at this facility. The workers at the desk were also extremely rude. The dishwasher was broken and the cabinets were peeling. The toilet didn’t flush properly. I had to contact to get my security deposit information. I could go on but hopefully this will help you make an informed decision.

I received a WhatsApp message the morning of check-in with a link to “complete registration” which twice did not work. (When travelling overseas companies have used WhatsApp so I didn’t immediately think anything of it). The rep wanted me to screen share my phone to verify me instead which I refused. This left me wondering if the arrangement was shady. Only on refusal the second time, & after already arriving at the property did I receive the check-in email and that was only 20 minutes before official check-in. Also a window blind for one of the bedroom glass doors was missing. The location and room itself, however, were quite nice.

Lovely newer neighbourhood. Unit was very spacious with 2 bedrooms and a 3rd bed in the living room. Linens and towels were nice and white. There were a few handy-man issues to be attended to in the unit such as missing knobs on the stove, Flooring missing transistions, some messy caulking work, but otherwise great. Nice pool, gym and sauna as well.

The worst coatumer service experience! I tried to book this hotel for oct 24th but it seems the platform messed with search as I tried several time and I end up reserving for Nov 3rd. I immediately realized and called the hotel to cancel and they said they will not refund based on their policies but they will ask their manager and get back to me I followed up 4 times! And eventually they said we will hold our policies and will not refund after 5 days! They definitely could find other hosts by that 10 remaining days! They are not responsive and respectful! I would never ever try them!

Good location, and cheap enough for what it is. You're not going to get the ritz, but we found the room to be amenable for our needs. There was some poor communication over the deposit, as well as additional information needed which was only given me at my request.

This place is running scams. I would never recommend for anyone to stay at this property. I don't think it's a legal operation and they do not give your security deposit back. I have been in contact with them for a month trying to get my security deposit released. They won't answer my phone anymore I have to call from family members numbers. They claim they couldn't find my key even though I left it on the counter and followed their checkout instructions. The room itself was fine for the one night we needed it for. There was a tarp over a hole in the bathroom and the toilet was broken. However for the price it was an ok place to sleep for one night. Check in was confusing since there were no instructions given beforehand. They also told us to say we were staying with Rakar if the code didn't work which raised some big red flags for me. When you call the numbers they provide they go to a heathers voicemail so I believe they may using stolen phone numbers to run this operation. I would recommend spending the money to stay at a real hotel we ended up spending that much anyway because they stole our deposit.

This is a beautiful condo building with a 24 hour concierge, so you feel secure. You will receive a link to pay your deposit that you will get back at the end of the stay. This is legitimate , and the check in process is done ahead of time which saves you having to do it upon arrival. It's straight forward and easy. The owner was professional and informative and available if you had any questions or concerns. The unit was lovely and clean. I It was a home away from home and had all the things you'd need , including a full kitchen with a stove, dishwasher, microwave and full size fridge. The unit came stocked with all the usual kitchen things you'd need. The unit was very quiet and I liked the fact that it had a balcony with a sliding door so you got some fresh air. It is only a 7-10 uber fare away from Union Station, Rogers Centre / CN Tower / Ripley's aquarium. Great place!

Excellent location although the suite was in dire condition and needed maintenance in many aspects. Some examples…. Floors missing transitions, drywall cut out of closets and bedroom, damaged blinds, window not operational, flooring loose, stove missing controls, door knobs loose including entry door. Entire suite requires wall repairs and painting in most areas. Bathroom fan not operational
