The breakfast buffet was kind of gross to be honest. The eggs were cold, sausage were cold and undercooked. The potatoes were cold and hard as rocks. I am not a picky person when it comes to food and I just could not eat most of it. There was a waffle maker, toast and cereal that saved us. The hotel itself was clean and nicely decorated, beds were ok. The pool was nice but on the cooler side and they have a nice gym. The staff was helpful when needed but not very friendly.

Nice place with friendly staff and good customer service at the front. However, the carpet in our room was extremely dirty. I noticed when my kids’ feet turned dark from the floor. I was in a rush and didn’t inform the staff, but the hotel should definitely review their cleaning service. Other than that, the service was good.

FOH staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The hotel has many facilities—pool, gym, laundry machines, EV charging, free coffee, etc.—so it was a great price for what it offers.
