Really nice room, racetrack view, supportive mattress and fresh new pillows. Walk in shower which I like. But - restaurant choices limited and had to go into casino to use them- casino busy and smelled of stale sweat and body odor. Wait staff in restaurant were uninterested in service and slow, had to ask for several things to get things going and other patrons were angry. Butter chicken dinner was delicious tho. Swimming pool was busy. Parking was free and easy in garage. Highway 427 is nasty and was the best route to get there- I would approach via 27 the next time. I was able to watch them exercise some beautiful horses in the early morning and I enjoyed the view immensely.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the new hotel. I would caution guests that the shower floor is very slippery when wets so definitely use the mat provided. A grab bar in the shower would be handy

Did not follow up after 9 days. Charged resort fee after the fact. Wrong contact number given. Management refused cancellation and when we arrived. No soap. Someobe elses hair eveywherw. Curtains broken. Management made it worse with denials, deflectikns and condescension.

Power went out twice before I even checked in. The space is massive for no good reason lol I've never been at a front desk where the staff make you feel like you're the to serve them. H Nilofar came out on her phone while we all waited in a massive line for two people to check us in. I presume she was meant to be at the front desk but saw her several times just disappear to the panic of her colleagues. She was incredibly rude and also provided the wrong information for the operating hours of the pool area. That should have been easy, she made me feel like I was a criminal for using debit to hold a deposit after my credit card failed at the desk. It was absolutely painful, every time I was at the desk there was a problem. I've checked into several hotels, it was alarming to see only one of 3 people being truly supportive of their clients and not just their lip gloss.
