The accessible rooms need to be revamped, the shower leaks onto the floor then onto the carpet. The shower curtain is not the proper one as it hangs over the track.The bed is too high in one of the rooms , someone in a wheelchair would never be able to get into bed. Something minor but was annoying, the TV remote instructions were not for the TV remote that was in the room

My recent stay at this hotel was unfortunately quite disappointing. The electronic key system was down for over 12 hours, leaving all guests entirely dependent on a single receptionist to unlock room doors — a frustrating and inconvenient situation for everyone. In addition, the breakfast service was completely unacceptable. By 9:30 in the morning, there was virtually nothing left on the serving table, and no effort was made to refill or accommodate guests arriving at a reasonable time. The lack of organization, poor customer service, and overall inattentiveness made for a very unpleasant experience. I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made.

The staff was very nice. When we arrived in our room, it smelled like someone had smoked in it. Which was very disappointing. However, as soon as I mentioned it to the staff, they moved to another room. That was very appreciated. The rest of our stay was great!
