I waited 20 minutes for Mr. Melvin to finally decide to check me in. Actually, it was only when I got fed up with waiting so long because he was on the phone that he finally attended to me. It was the worst hotel check-in experience I've ever had. I hope he gets reprimanded so this doesn't happen again.
