Front desk staff was very friendly and courteous. Rooms are clean they only clean the rooms every other day there though so you don’t get room service daily. Unless you request it.

The hotel was fine but the property's location was alarmingly bad. Our rented car was vandalized in the parking lot in an attempt to steal it. The window was smashed in and wires pulled in a way that immobilized it. We spent most of the day arranging a replacement and decided not to spend another night there to avoid it happening again. The front desk team was great and promised to refund the prepaid second night. I am disappointed that the refund has still not appeared on my card statement.

Toilet water ran for an hour after being flushed. Hotel states their policy is to make up room every other day. No clean towels or linen unless you ask explicitly for them. Parking lot not secured in light of the numerous auto thefts from this parking lot.
