Manager was very nice!

Front Desk was super helpful and accommodating. They messed up with our room booking, we were to have a better view. But something happened and gave us a different room plus 4 free Breakfast vouchers. That was nice of them

The room was not clean. Someone’s fingernail on my nightstand and public hair along the shower. The woman at the bar was terrible at her job. It took about 20 minutes for her to even approach us and getting our will was a chore. Absolutely inattentive.

I shared with reception that my room was incredibly noisy. (It was near the lifts.) Additionally the TV was wonky-It sometimes worked and sometimes didn’t. Lastly, the closet light came on when you hit the bathroom door frame. Overall the room was well designed but I would not likely stay again.
