I loved everything about the Holiday Inn. We registered with Ravesh at front desk and he was extremely helpful, welcoming, and charming. Housekeeping services were excellent and so is Jerome, the maintenance guy. Everyone was just helpful and on the ball all the time I highly recommend staying at this Holiday Inn if you’re planning on traveling to downtown Toronto. Breakfast was excellent as well. We really enjoyed our time there. Thank you, Nahed & Anthony

We were never informed we were in a bedroom suite sharing a bathroom with not one but multiple couples. They said they would refund our $$ but never did and won’t answer phone, text or emails so I turned them in for fraud to my credit card company
