The staff here are fabulous. This was by far the best stay I've had at a holiday Inn in a while. My room was upgraded when I arrived and they held my bags for me after my stay. All of the staff were courteous and went above and beyond to provide the best service possible.

I would definitely not recommend this property. The rooms are extremely small for the price. We were charged an additional 50$ a night for our child above the price given by Expedia. Multiple occurrences with staff hauling garbage in and out of the public elevators, causing wait times of over 10 mins on one occasion. There are no vending machines on the floors as stated. There are no bathroom fans, so choose your bathroom breaks wisely. The rooms were cold and incredibly drafty from the large window in the room. Wifi was a giant pain and often didn't work. The toilet paper was single ply, about 50 grit sandpaper I would think, only to be out done by small very rough towels. My Son got sick and as there were no vending machines and it was lete the bar charged me 4.50$ for a can of ginger ale. Over all a very stressful and unorganized operation. Would recommend staying clear of this one for the price we paid of 667$ for 2 nights.

We enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn Downtown Toronto. Check-in went smoothly. The room was clean and staff did an excellent job in tidying it up the second day. The king bed and pillows were very comfortable. Unfortunately, because of medical appointments we were unable to take advantage of the breakfast. For us the locationn was good.
