Parking is far too expensive. Almost on par with a city parking ticket so may as well risk it and park close by on a street. Or find another parking garage close that isn't gouging. Room pictures make rooms look approx 2-3 times the size they really are. Wash room is tiny and the shower width is pretty much the size of your your average persons body width. Hotel is clean and all staff interactions were lovely. Room marketing needs to get realistic is all with what your actually getting. Overall my mindset was meh. not really great but its not really bad at all either in general.

This is just another hotel, nothing special. Will likely not stay here again. Toilet broken on arrival, room freezing with window left open and tv blaring on entry. Staff were not kind when issues brought up, laughed in my face when I asked if a microwave like was available like I was asking for something crazy.

The property is nice. It is centrally located in Downtown. The breakfast was good too but whats great in this hotel is the customer service. Jasmin was very helpful especially when she find out that Im EXPEDIA VIP. She immediately took care of 20 dollar credit and gave courtesy late check out and late parking. The customer service is AA . It makes everything easy and wanna come back again
