A decent basic hotel which was perfect for a one night solo stay near downtown Toronto. Quiet at night. Bed was comfortable. Washroom was BIG which was great. Staff were friendly and welcoming. They have tea and coffee in AM for guests. It is otherwise also used for private dinners and weddings. Suggestion: to have chargers near the bed so that guests can charge phone, watch etc. Another suggestion: Let guests know in advance that a physical credit card is required at check in for deposit collection purposes. A lot of people just use Google/Apple wallet and may not always carry cash/physical cards around.

Great place if you need to spend a short stay / few nights in the city. The space was comfortable for a couple and clean! It's basically in the middle of Chinatown and super accessible with TTC.

Everything was perfect. This is my preferred hotel for an overnight in Toronto. The rooms are very hip and spacious, the staff is beyond excellent, and you cannot beat the location. Why go anywhere else?

Convenient location. Not super close to metro but still walkable. Most of the staff were very friendly. Clean room, comfortable bed but overall dated property. Room needs more lamps. My biggest issue is not having a coffee maker or kettle in the room, which was quite inconvenient for me.
