The hotel is brand new and very nice. Everything was spotless and the room was comfortable. Check-in was quick and the front desk agent was friendly. The policy of asking for ID of every person in the room is a bit odd and felt a bit invasive. In our case it didn't matter but some guests may prefer more privacy. The only feature of the room I did not like was the soap dispenser mounted to the wall. You have to squeeze to dispense product, but the apparatus is flimsy and fell off the wall when I tried to use it. It felt like a very cheap option for an otherwise very elegant room. Overall I really enjoyed the hotel and the rate was very good for downtown. I would stay here again.

The hotel was spotless!!!! Lots of staff around to help and always cleaning. Loved that the floors were not carpeted (even the hallways). The buffet breakfast was amazing. So much to choose from. It is in a very good location for wandering the city.

The hotel needs to do something about their hotel room doors. Everytime someone would close one it was a full on slam, wasn’t just one person ether. Every door on the floor made the same slamming noise which with people coming at all times of the night made getting a full nights sleep almost impossible. As well you could hear people talking in the halls as though they were right next to you in bed. The hotel really needs to invest in sound proofing their rooms in order to be considered a four star hotel. I’ve traveled to many places and this was the loudest four star hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The room staff did do a great job of being aware of when to clean the room which was appreciated. As well the breakfast staff was courteous and seemed very good at their jobs. The front desk check-in lady was the complete opposite and I found her rather abrasive. Perhaps she was just having a bad day as the concierge and bar staff were friendly.
