The hotel was comfortable and clean. We have stayed here before and love that the location is in walking distance to everything we needed downtown. We will return again for our annual stay in Toronto. The staff was exceptional!

it is a historic building, but the TV did not work correctly, since they had a streaming box. They had to come up twice to turn the TV off with a remote they kept at the front desk. Also, I asked for a room away from the elevator, but got one right beside it. It was average accommodations, but the staff were very friendly and they had interesting events each night in the lobby, including music.

Great but noisy hotel

Ok stay. Bit noisy at night - windows could do with soundproofing. Great area though. Still waiting on my security deposit of CA$150 being returned over a week since i checked out. Quite an unacceptable delay.
