Checked into first room and found food on the floor. It took two phone calls to get someone up to hoover the floor. We were trying to relax then suddenly loads of noise from outside our room doors slamming, shouting, people going in and out of each others rooms. We politely ask them to keep noise down but it all started up again. We spoke to a manger who moved us to a different room, the manager was nice. The rooms unfortunately aren’t that clean. When I asked a cleaner to clean our room she was almost shocked we had asked. I spoke to reception they explained oh no we don’t clean rooms every day usually when you check out your room is cleaned. The next day when I went to breakfast I asked reception if I could get a tray, when I walked into the breakfast room I was suddenly jumped on by some staff questioning me and asking if I had taken the tray and they treated me as if I had stolen a tray and I had to explain someone on front desk had given it to me. We found some staff friendly but some rude. When we checked out the receptionist didn’t even ask if we had a good stay, just simply said you’re done.

Nice hotel, very new, still working out the kinks.

The hotel is brand new so it's very nice. They seem to want to clean the rooms early in the morning, so if you're trying to sleep late, you'll probably miss housekeeping if you're not out of your room by 10am. Hotels.com listed the room we booked as sleeping 6 and that roll aways were available. Neither of those were true, so we ended up having to book a second room when we arrived which was not a welcome unexpected expense. Had to call the desk a couple of times for a couple issues. Both times they said they'd send someone right up, but no one ever did. I think they're still working a lot of kinks out, but it was a comfortable hotel and a good breakfast. We lost power for about 6 hours too one night. Fire trucks came was quite a thing, but no explanation was given as to what was going on. Again, I think they're trying to work out the kinks. Gwen the manager was very nice and helpful, he was probably the most helpful staff member while we were there. Thanks Gwen. You were awesome. I'd stay there again.

Great location, restaurants close by. 30 min drive to downtown Toronto. The hotel is new, the breakfast was ok. My only issue was with cleaning of my room. We stayed 8 nights and the room was not cleaned 2 or 3 times in the first few days, I let the staff know and they were able to resolve this. Some things that should be always be available, I had to ask e.g. dishwasher tablet. I enjoyed my stay but house keeping could be better.

They wre nice enough to change us rooms as room was sofa bed with dirty sheets and then we saw plates and mugs were dirty with big stains and lipstick..we switched rooms was good till the end of the night. Living room tv plus microwave and stove and heat stopped working. A few hours later most came back on but the heat we did not get any so we slept cold plus we did not get any housekeeping for the 2 days so had all dirty towels left in bathroom and pool was very cold and and not swimable and 1st breakfast a bit cold. they did have decent shuttle to airport a few times but we felt under valued because they did not even offer any kind of discount

Hotel was good, couldn't connect to unsecured wifi, staff tried to help, loud fan in room all night, couldn't switch it off. Floor of kitchenette hadn't been washed after previous occupant, wake up call didn't happen receptionist was very apologetic. Wonderful breakfast, all good really, thank you Hyatt.
