Have not taken the airport shuttle this time. But the hotel was easy to get if you have a rental car. And there were plenty of free hotel parking spots.

The room was nothing like what I booked. I reported the strong smoke smell to the front desk, but they didn’t seem to care. Several fixtures in the room were also broken. This was by far my worst experience at a Hampton Inn.

This Hotel is new and was fine for all services except one, the airport shuttle service. I need a Hotel with efficient serviced transportation (i.e. via a Shuttle Bus) to and from the Airport to the Hotel is a must. I booked this Hyatt Hotel on Hotels.com. It stated an efficient airport Shuttle. I was given a phone number, and I called that number, I was told by the agent that the Hyatt Airport shuttle comes every 20-mins. Well after 45-mins, I again called the Hotel. No shuttle still but was told it will come soon. After 1hr when I again called, I referenced my Reservation. None there ?? turns out there is 2x Toronto Airport Hyatt Hotels. Somehow my Reservation has the wrong Hyatt phone number. It tuned out when I managed t call the correct Hyatt Hotel, they ONLY send a shuttle when you call to prebook. Well, after traveling all day, I decided to pay and took a taxi to the Hyatt. I was disappointed this Hyatt would NOT cover the taxi fare after all I explained that happened. So, This Hyatt gets a 1 out of 5 as poor substandard Shuttle services as at least 15x other Airport Hotels send them every 20-30 mins regardless.
