Description of the room doesn’t match

Booked a room for 5 people. Description stated that there would be 2 queen beds and 1 sofa bed. When we arrived, the sofa bed was nowhere to be found so I went to the lobby to ask about it. The lady working there said that Hotels.com sometimes has wrong descriptions of rooms and that they’ve been trying to fix it. They still provided me with the room that was promised but I just got lucky that there was another room available. If not, someone would’ve had to sleep on the floor… I just think they need to fix that issue as soon as possible so that no other problems happen in the future.

The overall stay was nice but it didnt have breakfast included. The trashcans right outside the door were overflowing most of the day and were not changed it made me wary of staying there again. I probably wouldn’t stay there again.

Loved it!

Very nice hotel, looks fairly new. Clean, staff very kind. Towels were big and fluffy. Beds were comfy, loved the laminate flooring.

Not what I booked

I paid extra and I booked a room with 3 beds for 5 people (listing said 2 queens and a pullout couch) and only got 2 beds. Other than that hotel was nice.
