I booked a room and when arriving at the hotel, the receptionist tells us that they accidentally overbooked the rooms. Meanwhile there were 2-3 people ahead of us and they had received a room but when it came to our reservation, the hotel had been fully booked and I am still waiting for a full refund unfortunately.

It was easy to get it, quite and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. Loved the noon checkout as opposed to the more standard 11am checkout. Breakfast could have been better. Eggs and orange juice tasted off to me but the French toast was delicious
