Accessibility of the owners for questions. The bed ans room was perfect for us with a great view an experience to bring ky family to. A bit nervous of paying before completion of stay, but all interactions were positive and trustworthy.i would stay there again.

The apartment wasn’t located where it was meant to be. The address on the booking was kilometres away from where we stayed. The owner clearly owns multiple rooms and puts you where it suits them that day. We had to uber instead of walk from the train, cancel our dinner plans. Instead of a view of the CN tower we were above noisy train tracks with no view. The apartment was clean but everything, everything was banged up or poor condition. The photo frames and base boards were split and dented. The carpet looks like someone had previously put out cigarettes. The pillows were flat. There wasn’t adequate towels, hand to choose between hand towel or bath mat. Only hand soap. All the walls were dented and marked. The cleaner did a decent job, these were repair issues. Did not receive our VIP perks. Instead, got sent to the wrong part of Toronto. Absolutely never again.

Great views of city! Nice kitchen and living room area.Check in was pretty simple. Bed was comfortable and nice clean towels were provided. Bathroom is nice. Fantastic location, right by Metro Convention centre. The unit is a good space. The carpet in the bedroom does need replacing. Especially at the edges. Bathroom shower head needs to be replaced as it was loose. Can see some water damage in front area baseboards. Simple fixes that will make the unit a 10!

Was a nice property, thought I had booked a room with a balcony but we didn’t have one. Bedroom right was stained in places and infections for checking in were long and overwhelming. May or may not try a place fro stay here again

Good location, clean. Not enough bathroom towels (only 2 bath towels and only 1 washcloth & hand towel), no floor mat. No kitchen towel and no dish soap. Getting the keys for the apartment was a bit confusing because the key was not located at the premises; I had to go to a key cafe located at a local corner store about a half mile away to retrieve it. Parking was included but clearer directions need to be updated with respect to opening garage doors and using the key fob.

The room had amazing views and was very convenient downtown. Unfortunately, the room was filthy, the garbage can wreaked, there was dust everywhere, the fridge stunk, the beds were horrible and I have yet to get my receipt for my stay. Ive asked for it multiple times with no response. The place was so gross I was afraid to shower there so just slept with my clothes on.

Had a great stay here! Checking in and out was easy and instructions were clear to follow. Apartment was clean and there was a nice balcony to relax outside as well. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a place to stay in the city that’s in an area which is close to many shops and the main attractions in the city.

Harassing conversations over picking up keys without notifying them….they let us in; didn’t tell me I needed to notify them. Extra charges for this miscommunication Dishwasher doesn’t work. Shower had a ball of hair at drain. Other shower doesn’t drain, by the time your done showering, you’re in water up to your shins. Suite and view are nice, felt safe
