Overall a beautiful building and rooms. Not a fan of mini espresso coffee machines in the room. Never understood the rationale for windows between bathroom and rest of the room, even with blinds. Very noisy area adjacent to arena. Expensive rooms. Expensive food. Very dark and poor lighting throughout the room/suite. Terrible air conditioning control system. Would probably stay elsewhere if I needed to stay in the area. Staff were very friendly and helpful though. Found that virtually every person with whom we dealt (hotel staff, drivers, restaurant staff, event staff) were very friendly and kind and helpful.

Great location and customer service.

I booked the room for my granddaughter to see a concert at Scotiabank Center. Great location. I wanted to make sure her check in was easy for her because it was prepaid and she hasn’t done this before. I called the hotel prior to and your team made sure all notes were on file for an easy check in.

We had stayed at the Royal York the week before and there is no comparison to the quality of that hotel compared to Le Germain Hotel. Le Germain seemed very average to us and nothing about it stood out. With it being a similar price point as the Royal York, we will not be staying at Le Germain again.

It was an excellent experience from the pre-check-in app, to the front desk. Our suite was spacious, and very clean. The bed was very comfy. I am going to buy the pillows. The bath products were lovely. The water containers to fill my bottle were a nice touch. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose this hotel again.

Love Le Germain. Staff are awesome and extremely helpful. Had AC and TV trouble which took a few hours to fix. Shower should come with instructions. :) I wish there was an unscented version of the shampoo.

This is the best location for a blue jays game. Close to Rogers and the water front. We were very happy with this location and the room. Comfortable beds, large bathroom and full length of the room desk. Modern. Loved the accessibility to water fill up station on each floor and friendly and welcoming staff.
