Don’t recommend

Denied entry to this location due to them claiming my id was not valid, only got 60% of my refund after 30 + days and verbo & that’s only because verbo claimed that my id was valid. Poor communication poor customer service, if u are a person in color stay away. Also I had booked this spot and they had referred to another location on which they have denied me access to . So watch out for the false advertising. Honestly was financial nightmare as I was forced to spend another 9k on another month. Term reservation for my family so in total i lost 15k because of these hosts eddy Do not recommend his wife as well .
