Guests have access to main house minus the basement. The home features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms all located on the second level. While the newly renovated kitchen and living room are all located on the first floor.

Guests have access to the whole home MINUS the basement which has a separate in law unit that has a separate entrance and is closed off from main house so guests can enjoy the home to themselves undisturbed.
