One bedroom basement apartment with private separate entrance & washroom. Located at a charming brick Detached house on a quiet street in the Danforth neighborhood of Toronto.
Very convenient location, the house is located on a quiet street close to the Donlands subway (5 minutes walk) and many stores and restaurants. It is a very pleasant neighborhood. Only a few subway stops to downtown Young and Bloor.
It is a basement apartment with a separate entrance at the side driveway of the house. Parking is free in front of the house on my property. Street parking is also available.
The Basement is spacious, clean and tidy, with a private bathroom in the unit. With plenty of natural light and a very quiet and family friendly neighborhood.
A Twin-size Bed, One Air mattress, Dresser and Mirror, Chairs, a Love seat , Tower Fan, Fridge, Microwave, Ceramic Cook top Stove, Blender, toaster, Rice cooker Sandwich maker and Kettle for coffee or tea. High speed Internet / WiFi is also included.
If you are looking for a convenient location, and a quiet yet comfortable place to relax during your stay in Toronto, this is the right place
Being a Detached house, there are 2 fully private Apt.under one roof. Both have separate entrances and are fully independent, the only common area in the basement is if you choose to use our laundry facilities.
There is also a Backyard area with outdoor chairs that guests are free to access and use
