Our stay was excellent. Great location to the airport. Room was clean and well equipped. Breakfast was amazing, hot, cold buffet. 2 restaurants on site. But; the mattress in our room (129) was worn and needs to be replace. Bumpy and we could feel the springs pushing through.

I booked my son to stay here on his way back to Saskatchewan after a cousin’s wedding. He’s a young adult and they were very helpful when he needed extra help waking up in the morning for his flight. They went the extra mile to knock on his door.

The hotel is outdated and the room we stayed on the second floor has no elevator. We have to carry the luggage and walk the staircase and some steps up and down.plus the room is very dark without enough lighting.No ceiling light and floor lamp.The air condioner is very noisy as well.Only thing is good would be the canteen for breakfast you can stay to wait for the bus shuttle to airport. Hotel definately need to have renovation to keep customer coming in the future.
