Overall review

So the service at this hotel was fantastic, we were there for my birthday and they upgraded our room to a lake view which was really nice. The room caretaker was very considerate and thoughtful of everything we needed, she always asked if we had everything and did a great job cleaning the room. I didn’t know the pool area could be closed off for private events, the one day we had actually planned to sit at the pool and party a bit was on my actual birthday, only for us to get asked to leave after about an hr or so. It was unfortunate and we didn’t have time any other day to spend there with plans and site seeing. The hotel is a bit old and showing its age but they’ve maintained it very well along with adding hydration stations and the hotel staff care which is great. The location is PRIME, close to CN tower and Rogers Centre, close to ferries for Toronto Islands and near the train station. Overall, I would recommend and definitely stay here again with more planning around the pool ;-)

This is a wonderful hotel and the staff are very friendly! Very convenient, close to lots of restaurants and the harbour front. Only a 5 minute walk to the Rogers Centre and CN Tower. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Toronto!

This my second time staying at this hotel and not just a couple of nights, they have been five nights each time. We love it because it’s walkable to many places. As to the hotel. Was not asked if I had a Choice rewards account, did not like the view on the second floor overlooking the slug in the police area and third to be waiting at the desk when someone comes of the elevator to be serviced first. Not once did someone physically ask how my stay was at the desk the many times I passed it but to get a text to ask, found that a little im personable Regards

Got refused early check in even of i booked it 3 daya ahead. Came at 12 instead of 10am. Nothing ready. Group of 7 with 2 elderly and 1 child. Checked after 3pm so had to wait more than 3 hours. Big leak i. The P2. A clogged sink in room. This stay was a nightmare

We love this hotel and usually try to stay here when coming to Toronto for a ball game. The only negative is that we asked if we could stay at the pool an hour longer than our checkout at noon and they said no. We were a bit surprised by this as it was only for an hour. Our flight got delayed so it was just easier to stick around the hotel. Everything else was perfect.
