Isa and Yulia were the rudest people I have ever experienced at a hotel stay. And maybe my entire life! The hotel bar was supposed to be open until 11:30 pm. We arrived back to the hotel on our first night at 10:30 and were refused drinks. He (Isa) told our party that we would have to pay him overtime to stay open until 11:30, he was already cleaned up and ready to go home. UNACCEPTABLE! We asked to speak to the manager Yulia and she was equally as rude. She did absolutely nothing to make our stay any better or accommodate what the hotel advertises. Further, she sided with him and was more than ok with him shutting down services an hour early. If I managed the hotel, they both would and should be fired on the spot! We paid almost $750 to stay there for two days, which is absolutely unacceptable for the service and experience we received from a Marriott. When you pay those prices, quality service is expected, not begged for. WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN.

We arrived early and I asked if I could drop off the luggage so we could go out but they said we could have the room early! Everyone was friendly and I could have happily moved into the room. It was big enough to live in and even had a dishwasher! We had a great stay and would go back in a heartbeat!
