Nice enough place. People told me this is a rough area of town, coming from Vancouver I have to say it was totally normal. We walked home from a bar at 3 am and the streets were empty.

Didn’t know this was another a hotel managed type property. Apartment was still dirty when arrived and took 2 interactions w the host to get a cleaner back to clean - and my family needed to let them know where to clean. Other than that - not a large property but does have 2 bedrooms. Location is near Eaton Centre. Overall ok not great.

Location was fairly close to downtown Toronto, Roger’s Centre, CN Tower, Hockey Hall of Fame, and easy to find. Beautiful view of Lake Ontario (47th floor!) and Toronto. The suite had 2 bedrooms & 2 baths. Only complaint was the cool air blowing continuously in the bedroom.

They advertised that you'll have a dining table for two, but in the end, it was a coffee table. We got an apartment facing the interior of the building, the balcony was filthy and basically of no use. The unit was well equipped and clean. The bed was small, not a queen but a twin. The location is not great, but you can walk to the best part of Downtown.

Great stay for family

Great stay for family with plenty of space. Very clean apartment with plenty of extra linen and towels. Full kitchen with all utensils etc you need. Very close to Dunden Station/Eton Shopping Centre, 5-10min walk. Very easy to check in, just send message or email to Rivet Stays and someone came in 5mins to let us in. Very much recommend.

The unit was very clean and comfortable with a fantastic view from the balcony. Would have been nice if there was a couple of chairs on the balcony. Great location. Easy to get to shopping and restaurants. Got the parking which turned out to be a little complicated as the fob wasn’t working to get in and since at check out I was to leave the apartment keys in the unit I had to move the car to public parking and then return to the unit to return the keys. The elevators require a fob to access and not all elevators go to all floors. So that took a little figuring out. All in all great place. Would stay again. But maybe would skip the parking and just park in the public garage.
