The front desk staff was friendly and helpful! It was my first stay on my own and I was more than comfortable! Would definitely recommend this place if you're needing accommodations on a budget.

The overall stay was okay its just the area where the hotel is located is worrying because it is near to a homeless shelter and tends to be very noisy at night. Towels were too small and soaks up easily. Toiletries were not complete and the lockers were too small to fit a carry-on or a back pack bag then you end up putting your things on the floor. Bed and bed linens were clean as well as the toilet. They could have started serving breakfast as early as 6 AM for guests who needs to up early. Staff was really nice and accomodating.

The staff is friendly and helpful. This is a hostel, cheap but not the most quiet place to sleep. If you want a very good sleep, maybe not the best place. If you want to save money it’s a good place. Uber was about $10 to Union station.
