Booking was for a suite with a sofa bed…got a double bed and two benches which I put together….slept on it that way…they did not have a cot or another room with a sofa bed…I literally slept on a bench for two nights….

As you can see we loved everything about our stay except … the in room coffee machine. Coffee in the morning is important and there should be more attention paid to the quality of the machine, the choice of coffee and amount of pods.

The stay was good , except at check out , the time to refund my cash deposit was just too long, approx 20 minutes. I stayed in Lake Louise , my cash refund was done in less than 5 minutes.

The Sheraton Center is the best Hotel Downtown Toronto. The staff are always very friendly and accommodating and the hotel itself is beautiful clean work plenty of great food options. Would recommend to anyone.
