Staff were super helpful. Place was clean. Olio was delicious. LOVED THE USE OF THE SHUTTLE. The drivers of the shuttle were so helpful for helpint us navigate the city, but also gave us tips for saving money for using the trains. Great all around experience.

Cleanliness – The room was kept very clean, thanks to the daily housekeeping service, which we truly appreciated. Accessibility – As tourists, we found it very convenient that there was a bus stop right in front of the hotel that goes directly to downtown. We also really appreciated the hotel-to-airport shuttle service—it made traveling so much easier. Pool – The pool is adults-only since the shallowest part is already 4 feet deep. However, the view from the pool area is amazing! Minor Cons – There was no microwave or electric kettle in the room when we arrived. Since we stayed for almost a week, we occasionally brought back takeout food after tours and couldn’t reheat it. On our last night, we finally asked the front desk if there was any way to reheat our food at the lobby. To our surprise, they offered to provide a microwave in our room free of charge—it turns out it’s available upon request! We will surely book again at this hotel!

We had a fantastic stay at the Sheraton Toronto Airport Hotel & Conference Centre. The complimentary shuttle to and from the airport was smooth and efficient—and we were even able to use it to connect to downtown transit via the airport. The staff were exceptional. A big thank you to Fasal for being so helpful and thoughtful (I hope I spelled that right!) - always professional, kind, and smiling. The hotel’s location near the airport is a major plus—no stress about getting to your flight on time. The rooms were very clean, the beds were super comfortable, and the gym was well-equipped and spotless. The swimming pool was a nice touch, though I wished there was a jacuzzi or sauna too. The breakfast staff were lovely—so cheerful and welcoming. The food and service throughout our stay were excellent. Housekeeping also did a beautiful job; everything was neat and fresh. It would have been great to have a few more shops or local attractions nearby within walking distance, but the bus stop a few minutes away made up for it. Overall, a relaxing and well-run hotel with amazing staff. Highly recommended!

Everything and everyone were incredibly awesome. The staff were super and felt like family to us. Ursula was simply the best waitress giving us excellent service and she was so nice to me and my wife. But she wasn't the only one, all the staff were amazing. The shuttle driver was also amazing but I didn't catch his name but I'm sure he will remember the older couple that loved the Blue Jays. We will definitely be going back for a longer stay again. Five out of five star rating from us

Staff were friendly and professional. The rooms were old and things were falling apart. Other areas were not cleaned properly and mold was found behind the conditioner and body wash containers on the bathroom wall. Hope the hotel can do some renovations and get it up to par with other Sheraton hotels. Otherwise good experience.

Everything was excellent with Sheraton. However, I found a hair inside the eggs in their breakfast. That was so disgusting. And I told their waiter and the receptionist. However, they didn’t offer me anything because of that.

Loved the pool with the dome over it . The rooms very nice , everything you needed .Room didn’t have a microwave , asked at the desk & promptly brought one up to our room . Beds were so comfortable !! The dining room prices very reasonable & great food . The shuttle to the airport so convenient not only for your flights but to get the UP train to enjoy downtown Toronto .
