It was clean, quiet and good quality. The planes taking off were a bit loud but it was neat to see. Staff were respectful and accommodating. The beds were comfortable and the shower was nice. It was nice to be able to open a slot in the window for air circulation and a nice breeze. The lobby was comfortable while waiting for the shuttle.

Fan/cooling couldn't cool the room to a reasonable level, 23-24 degrees Celsius in the room even in middle of the night. Pool at the hotel wasn't available although no notice was given during booking. Check in and out was quick and easy

In need of renovations .

Unfortunately the hotel didn’t notify me that the pool was under renovations . The hotel is in need of an overall upgrade . The hallways and rooms are outdated and dark and the photos don’t fully represent the real ambiance of both the public Spaces and rooms . Thankfully the bar staff and food were good.

Great Value and Not typical airport hotel

For the price and what you get definitely worth it! Close to airport with fast service shuttle, great club room (if you take it) and very friendly staff!

One of the comfiest beds I’ve ever slept in, great restaurant downstairs. Disappointed about the pool, I didn’t find out until I got there and specifically booked a trip to stay there from out of province with my daughter at a hotel with a pool. One of the nights we also had doors slamming and drunk people yelling and stomping around the hallways after one of the conferences or weddings so that was also annoying. There should be a floor for families
