To be honest some of the receptionist are very rude and the cleaners only take out garbage they don’t clean the rooms properly and also they don’t fix broken stuff cable Tv didn’t work for days and not fix I will not recommend this place

There were 2 incapable staff members working. Our heat didn’t work so my kids and I were freezing. Each of them said they would be there in a few minutes to fix it. Had to go back to see if they were coming about 7 times. They didn’t seem to care. In fact the one was counting his money loudly as I was trying to explain my predicament. I don’t complain often but I would have had a better night stay if we slept in my car. Which we were honestly considering for heat.

This hotel is terrible. When we checked in, we found that the bed sheets had not been changed, and the sofa was very dirty. We decided not to stay and requested a refund, but the hotel staff refused our request. It was a truly awful experience.

It's very dirty, very noisy, many things are broken, and there's no service at all. Even when problems are reported, they are not solved.

Not at hall what we were expecting. We got our 1st room changed because door wouldn’t lock. We froze in our second room the heat wasn’t working well. By the time they fixed it was warm at around midnight the 2 day of stay and glad it was our last night. When I told the reception at check out he said sorry for the inconvenience mam and that’s it. All young staff working who don’t care.
