Full kitchen a plus

Loved the fact that there was a kitchen, just no kitchenware, which was provided but only in the AM? Anyway, was a pleasant stay. Clean building, but our room did have a smell of tobacco smoke.

Our experience was absolutely terrible. The room was disgusting. Stains on the couch, surfaces clearly not wiped down, dirty floors. The tv was not plugged in and there was no where to plug it in. I had to call the lobby twice and go down there once to get them to fix the tv. Awful customer service & disgusting room.

This hotel fool me, the pictures online were beautiful and price was good, and the reason we book this property since May for our August trip to Canada for Caribana. When we arrived the front dest personnel was on his cell phone and didn't acknowledge us until the end of his conversation. The entrance to the lobby had construction and the parking lot was filthy and small. The room furniture (chairs/couch) were filthy. The floor in the bathroom was not swept well. They only provided us wirh 2 towels and one wash rag. We had a small balcony which was covered in bird poop. We left out for dinner and when we returned, there was no parking and was told to park across the other side of the highway at there other property like it was no big deal. Because of the large event in Toronto all the hotel at this point was either booked or too expensive, but let me tell you this, I will never, ever stay at this property again. Smh disappointed 😞

Look nice but nothing includes

Problem with the reservation, they give my second room to someone who has the same first name. A nice kitchen with nothing! No toaster, no pan, no plates…. No enough parking. Clean and comfortable.

We are very disappointed with the service provided by Skye Hotel & Residences and by Expedia. Upon check-in, the room wasn't set up for the number of guest requested. We had to request additional towels, toiletries, cups etc. Also, the room had a kitchen and a washer/dryer but it wasn't equipped with absolutely anything to be able to make use of them. Finally and more important, the AC wasn't working, the room was extremely hot, and the hotel didn't provide any fans. The situation only got worse on the second day, they took away our towels, didn't do any clean up or re-stocking, and upon our arrival, there were no more clean towels in the hotel. Not to mention, that the AC was still broken. After complaining to the front desk, they said all they could do was to provide whatever missing toiletries and utensils they could find around in other rooms. They couldn't find any clean towels and mentioned that other guests had already complained as well. As for refunds or complaints, they guided us to reach out to Expedia. Expedia customer service said to contact the front desk for refunds and complaints. So no solutions from neither side. A horrible experience and for sure we will never book with Expedia or Skye Hotel & Residences ever again.

Average accommodation. Room was barely cleaned during the one week we stayed and we had to ask 3 times and wait for 2 days to get enough towels for each of us even though we had already confirmed the number of guests staying. Staff was not very helpful either. Parking is limited but we were able to find a spot each night. Kitchenette had pretty much no dishes or cookware so we were unable to make anything.

YIKES!

I arrived and was sent to the wrong room, I had to go back down twice to get a fixed key card. In the hallway of our room there was dried throw up and used cotton swabs on the carpet. the carpet was very dirty and seemed like it had not been swept or vacuumed in weeks. There were moldy towels in the washing machine within the unit.
