They don’t care about their clients.

Got locked out of my room with a dead cell phone and no hotel representation. (You can’t get in or out without a phone.) At 2AM. In a foreign country. Had to sleep on the floor IN THE HALLWAY. Finally heard back from the property who insinuated that I was LYING about my experience. Toronto is great, and the people are wonderful, but this place SUCKED, and I would never stay there again

Would definitely stay there again

It's as a great room and fantastic location. Also, we talked on chat with customer service for some additional items, which they provided quickly (the property is unique in that there is no front desk). The kitchen was also very useful, especially the refrigerator. The only thing that was missing was clothing rack or closet.

We had a few issues with our passcode for entry not working in the 24hours of staying. Luckily we were able to get help within 5-15 minutes every time. Otherwise this was super value for our small family. Really clean and spacious. Will stay again if we return.

Cute place in great location

This hotel was clean and in a great area. It's just that the bathroom was odd -water from the shower got everywhere because there was no ledge. There wasn't enough counter space in the bathroom.

Well situated to the finance district, modern and spacious rooms which are perfect for 2 people (we had a pull out as well, so could fit 2 more there) who want the option to cook their own meals, easy to do with St Lawrence Market just2 blocks away. Great place.
