Staff were very friendly, Got the valet service which was very helpful. Check in was super easy since I booked the hotel very last minute but it’s 24/7 check in which was great. Room was super nice and clean. Only reason I’m giving a 4/Stars was because I got a high floor room with city view But the view was very obstructed with Designs on the glass and support beams right in-front of the window. Overall amazing experience and service from the team. Would 100% come back hopefully with better view.

The front desk and valet parking staff absolutely awesome to deal with, super friendly and helpful. The gentleman who was doing the valet and door service simply would not hear of me leaving in the rain without an umbrella. How kind!!!

I’d give this hotel a solid 10 out of 10 for its amenities, services, and food. The only bummer is the location. It’s close to all the hot tourist spots, but being near a hospice and park can make it feel a bit unsafe with homeless folks around. If you’re used to that kind of environment, you probably won’t mind it. But if not, you might want to think twice. Overall, it’s definitely worth it. Thanks!
