had been described as hotel. This was incorrect; rather, apartment in condo. No staff. Door on a washer dryer inside suite: bashed in. Bathroom: no shampoo, no shower soap (took hand soap ). Bedroom: window could not be closed, because the mechanism was broken prior to my arrival. Will be chilly in the winter.
